For localisation, UX/UI design, and design sprints my process includes the following:
Every project starts with a strategy workshop to dive deep into your goals, vision, business, and challenges.
I give you a roadmap that breaks down the big idea into actionable steps, milestones and desired outcomes.
Next, I gain an in-depth understanding of your customers and market using various UX research methods.
Finally, I explore and test lots of design options.

Adapting a product to different markets goes beyond translations. It requires thoughtful consideration of cultural differences and local preferences. It means knowing what features and content makes users feel confident and motivated to buy. Companies that invest in localization see an ROI of $25 for every dollar spent.

Every project is unique. The price depends on both the nature of the project and the value it brings. Once I have a clear understanding of your project, situation and goals, I can give you a fixed (ballpark) quote.
That depends on the project type and how many other clients I’m currently working with. Let’s talk about your needs, and I can provide a timeline and start date.
Most of my work is done remotely with frequent communication by phone, video chat, email, Slack, Asana, Invision, etc. However, I do consider working on-site for agency assignments and large scale projects. Trainings and workshops are usually delivered on-site.
I’m currently based in Taiwan and I work with clients all over the globe.
I work independently but for larger projects I can tap into my network of trusted partners as required.
No, but I’d be happy to put you in touch with a developer or work closely with your in-house developers.
