FAQs

How much do you charge for your services?

Every project is unique. The price depends on both the nature of the project and the value it brings. Once I have a clear understanding of your project, situation and goals, I can give you a fixed (ballpark) quote.

How long does it take for you to complete a project?

That depends on the project type and how many other clients I’m currently working with. Let’s talk about your needs, and I can provide a timeline and start date.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Most of my work is done remotely with frequent communication by phone, video chat, email, Slack, Asana, Invision, etc. However, I do consider working on-site for agency assignments and large scale projects. Trainings and workshops are usually delivered on-site.

Where are you based?

I’m currently based in Taiwan and I work with clients all over the globe.

Do you have a team or do you work by yourself?

I work independently but for larger projects I can tap into my network of trusted partners as required.

Do you offer development services?

No, but I’d be happy to put you in touch with a developer or work closely with your in-house developers.
